Shop Policies


  • Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking once shipped.
  • We do offer expedited shipping so be sure to select your preference at checkout.
  • Once shipped we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Message us with any issues, and we will do our best to make accommodations
  • Note: due to COVID-19 please expect shipping delays especially if you are an international customer 


Returns and Exchanges:

  • At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. In which case, please send us a photo of the damaged item within 5 days of delivery and ship it back to us within 14 days of delivery. Buyer must pay for return shipping. 

Cancellations and Refunds: 

  • Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. Please message us if you need to make an adjustment to your order. 
  • Refunds will only be given if an item arrives damaged. Please see Return and Exchange policies for info on how to return a damaged item. 


  • We offer free repairs on any item within the first year of purchase. To request a repair, please send us an email or dm on any of our social medias. Buyer must pay return shipping.
